"More guns am better111" Also fits. That bottom row is going to be constantly swamped isn't it?

I hope the gunners on that bottom row of casemates have scuba gear.
They would be wet down here in the Gulf!

The director can't go on the main turret like that. Your pole masts are too thin. The funnel will cause some heating problems against the superstructure. You might also want to move the main guns and superstructure forward. You aren't making use of the empty space in the bow.

I'm sure the USN mounted a director on at least one dreadnought turret at some time. Certainly it would only be a simple director.
Also the forward director mounted on the conning tower cannot turn! I wish folks would remember that the sighting apparatus sticks out of the side at least 15-18 foot in total. If it can't turn you can only sight at targets straight ahead. Add more portholes to the hull. Those searchlights need supports, especially the one behind the bridge. Ditch the weird glazing on the stern, use a proper sternwalk if you must have it. Also as SrGopher says the funnel would be better seperate from the superstructure.

Someone should correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't a boat that big need a second crane, or a dual winch crane, to actually move it? I'm pretty sure it's not a Christmas ornament you can just hang from the center.
The funnel feels short to me, I would suggest making it taller.
And when you move the fore guns forward, I would suggest just spacing them out. Slide the foremost gun forward enough so that it 'almost' clears the superfiring barrels, and leave the other one where it is, or move it up just a hair so it sits at the end of that deck. That way you use more of your bow space as suggested, and you have more space for ammunition.

Just my thoughts.

The pole masts look like they would break in a slight breeze. They ought be thicker, I believe. Tripods too maybe.
