Zephyr, may I ask why you have two huge air search radars? By the looks of it, a CXAM-1 or SK, and a SK-2. One should be enough. The CXAM-1 was standard in 1940-1941. The SK took over in 1942. The SK-2 became the standard in mid 1945.
To partially answer your question, I'll just repost portions of this post from the previous page.
Don't ask "Why is [insert radar type here] where it is?" or "Why did you use [insert radar type here]?" because my answer will be "I don't know." followed by a request to point out the correct type and a possible location.
If you see something incorrect, dumb looking, inconceivable, or just downright WTF... just tell me (or point me towards) what is a better solution.
My knowledge of appropriate radar types, uses, and locations is, at this point, quite limited, and I rely heavily on y'all to keep me pointed in the right direction in that regard. For the most part, right now, I just look at about the right timeframe and "roll the dice" (not literally) because I figure the "pull it out of my backside" method has got to work at least part of the time. Who knows, one of these days I may guess right, and in the meantime, when I pull the wrong one out, I know y'all will let me know.
I've already learned some things here about different radars, and hopefully, the learning curve won't flatline on me.
