Shipbucket

A unique design, a 'one off', at the time the largest warship built in Australia. Criticised for her cost, she gave excellent service in supporting dispersed warships of varied classes. Arguably, now we have better base facilities on both coasts and in the north we could discount a ship like the Stalwart, but once scraped there was no warship with her ability to operate independently. Anyway, still wip as I need to stand back for a while to see what may need improving, here she is, one of my favourite warships:



I have included a coa, but not intended for the upload version (so yes, I know ) I might attempt a proper one; or, Kim might honour her with one of his superlative coa's

At last an escuse to make an australian badge I will draw the badge for HMAS Stalwart but it might take a little time because I'm in the middle of two indians and three RN unofficials. It will though be finish before next uploading

Very nice drawing PB.Its good to see some of the less glamorous ships drawn.
