Side Diesel exchaust is copy pated from Italian FAC CNR550,which had 24400hp from 4 diesels,so one at each side is enough for half the power.LM1600 can develop 20000hp,the Aerodyne J2200 developes 22500hp each. The funnel is a wider from the CPCX.
What about directors now?

It's not going to work. There simply isn't enough space to fit all those engines. The CPCX had two LM1600. You've cut off just shy of 18m and yet you expect to be able to fit two gas turbines who even larger than the LM1600, you also want to fit in no less than two rather large MTU diesels.
And on top of that you appear to want a bigger hangar.

While they're good boats, I wouldn't reccommend the Norwegian boats. They're designed to operate above the Arctic circle and this has resulted in a number of design choices that doesn't make sense for a ship that's intended to operate in the Med snd the Blck Sea

Hellenic Coastguard operates only in Aegean Sea,Ionian Sea and East Meditterranean. In Black Sea there is the Maritime Frontier Guard.
About all these recommend above, the Sigma 7511 and 8413 are too small-if I use a Sigma hull I prefer the 9713.A design from late 1980's by the Hellenic Naval Research Institute was based on a Fincantieri Design of the Corvette MOSAIC:

The Fincantieri MOSAIC was considered,as also another Italian based design, the Fregatta Veloce 1800t.But finally the better option was the LS440 Class, based on US CPCX concept but equipped with different systems. The old Zeus Class was designed to serve as frigates in wartime and also the LS440 can be used as frigate.Propulsion is CODAG with twin diesel engines from TAG/MTU (20V595TB90,7200hp each) and twin Aerodyne Gas Turbines (J2400,24600hp each) which give economic speed of 18kn and max >32kn.With 4800 nm range and carrying 2 11m RHIB (one SAR,one armed) plus 2 USV Defender is the most capable ever vessel (and larger) the HCG had.The hangar can accomodate 1 or 2 AH-139 SAR helicopters and also the rear deck can support an AS-332C1.The delaying of the four Phoebus/Sigma 9713 by almost three years lead to the commissioning of LS440 Class in 2008.Vessels will serve until well into the 21st century, together with Phoebus Class,Saar Types and HSY-46.

P.S I found a study about CPCX but it did not had specifications (except of engines).Does anyone can provide link?

The older submarine tender of RHN,the A402 Diomedes.Given as war tribute from Germany in 1947,was the Carl Peters (which survived the war in my scenario) and used as a patrol boat until 1953,when modified again to a Submarine Tender.Ten years later rebuilt with new engines, weaponry and new on board boats from USA.Finally, Diomedes was decommisioned in 1985.

What about these, which one to choose for replacing my Tromp variant?
According to comments in my tread "Questions about Ships and Weapons" seems plausible.Choice depends from the cost of systems aboard.

P.S Powerplant is COGAG,same with Tromp/Messimvria.
