While also working to improve Sverkre Grip, I've now decided to try and see if I can make a good front picture of her. I've also made up my mind and buffed her up to eight barrels in the main artillery, in two tripples and one double.
NOTE: I know the picture is very big and spreadout. This is a WIP, and somewhat of a sneak peak, and I will not post further updates on it until it is as complete as I can get it without advice. Hope you'll like it though. :D

Looking good so far. If you need some ideas for a front veiw, I believe MitcheLL3000 posted a front veiw of the H44 in the Never Built forum. If I remember correctly, ALVAMA is finishing it.

Well, here is V 1.6, with minor improvements to the ship itself, with the main attraction being that we now have a front view. This might become somewhat standard, since it was challenging and funny to do.
Also, I don't know if this expression exists, but if not, I would hereby like to coin the expression "Christmas Tree superstructure". Just look at it from the front and you'll know why.
Also, as a bit of a joke, I would like to further compare these to the Nelsons, also known as the Cherry Tree ships(Both(The cherry tree and N3) was cut down by Washington), by calling these the "christmas tree ships".

Elegent, yet deadly. One very minor nitpick: she needs some bollards (I think that's what they're called, they're the 2 little posts that lines are tied to). Also, I like the 2x3 and 1x2 arrangement, it makes the design more interesting.

Guess she takes after her designer... ;)
I knew there was something I'd forgotten. I will fix that as soon as I can.
I'm rather fond of that arrangement myself. Six barrels was very little(the only time I give APDAF somewhat of a right in my designs...), and I'm quite bored by the usual artillery arrangements(4x2, 3x3), so I came up with this solution. It does give a unique thouch to the ship, no?

Thank you all for your comments! I have a feeling that front view got me some of them, so I will continue doing those(I'm currently working out parts sheets for the AU with multiple perspectives for turrets, FCs etc. Next up with that theme will be a light cruiser, if I might tempt you... ;)

Excellent work and may I suggest two things:
One extend the armour-belt a bit foreward and also a bit aft, this will cover the two barabettes of the main armament.
two give the funnels a little rake, as they are now they look to upright and rigid, and do not conform with the otherwise nice lines of the ship (that's my opinion anyway).
