Archive discussion thread?

The idea behind this thread has been banging around in my brain for a while now.
Since the archive has grown to the size that it has (2000-3000 drawings if I'm not mistaken) the admins really can't be expected to check every single drawing for uploading errors and duplicates etc.
Instead, this thread could act as a place where "normal" members could report if some of the drawings doesn't load correctly, has the wrong/corrupted names, have duplicates or are just plain wrong.
Personally, I believe this is a better solution than using PMs, since it should cut down on duplicate reports and because in my experience people find it easier to write a post than a PM. Don't know why, but that's how it is.

To keep things simple reporting should be done using a standard formula like this one:
Folder: Real Designs/Never Build Designs/etc
Country: ***
Drawing: A link to the drawing in question
Error: A short description of the error. If it's a corrupted filename, include the correct one, if the drawing is missing, include it if you have it. The idea is to make Colo's work easier, so include a solution if at all possible.

I did my first uploadings to the mainsite yesterday (untill now Colosseum has done them). I got most of the right but noticed that there are some of those new drawings which link doesen't work. I need to check them out wheter they got bad filenames and such.

So I guess you guys can start this by helping me out and checking which drawings were those in question.

An excellent idea. Anything to do with the Archive has already got my vote. I did (on the old Forum) start a topic for all the drawings various members posted but never submitted for uploading. I hope to get back to that again so this might be a suitable place for them as well?
