Yes I think so, I had some ideas about the Scandia serving as ASW, AEW and COD role, but she might be to big?

My Gannets would serve in the ASW role.

The Scandias/ Gannets will be replaced in the 80s by the SAAB 340 -S100 and SH100 aircraft.

Yes, my only concern would be getting the Scandia airborne using piston engines, though you could upgrade them easily. The other concern would be the actual size of the aircraft. I admit I have a 'thing' about using the HS125, as it does look a lot better than some of the other alternatives (in RN AU's)

Yeah the HS125 AEW proposal was kind of nifty. As was the Andover AEW.

I been working with some updates of my webpage.

Mannerheim DDG
General facts of the navy.

What do you think about the layout and data, especially around the "Mannerheim" format?

No doubt it's very, very impressive - ships, planes and most importantly the whole background.

I really like your drawings Psilander! My favourites are probably those of the beginning of last century, those destroyers are really cool!
I don't really know what to comment in SB-perspective(I'm a typical amateur), but I do like the overall design.
Would it be possible to get a bit background info? for example, did Sweden retain or regain their super-power status in Europe? How? etc.
And also, I can't seem to find you worklist. Would be nice to know what you've allready called dibs on! :)

Some sloops/ minesweepers for the RSwN. What do you call a "vedettbåt" in english -patrol/minesweeping sloop? My sources of inspiration are the RN "racetrack" minesweepers and the IRL swedish Sökaren, Kaparen and Bremö classes. I have some other sloops earlier in the thread.
