Almost there. If memory serves the fender is black (dark grey in SB terms) and there should be some shading under it.

I had some shading, it just wasn't dark enough, most like. Changed the bumper to black and darkened the shading.

Not quite. Double black lines are a no-no. If something is black in reality we draw it as a very dark grey.

I suggest you take a look at the two section drawings I posted above. The archer has a hard-chine hull, so the break should be marked by a darker line. The way it's drawn now suggests a more traditional round hull with all that entails.
The fender should be three pixels wide. One black, one dark grey and another black, since it sticks out from the hull at a 90 degree angle.
I always attempt to draw them in this way because they are a highly visible feature on small craft like these.
