That would seem to be a problem with pretty much any larger hospital ship, though. In order to have any useful role, they would need to be larger; but by being larger they have too much draught to go where they are needed.

Or am I overthinking this?

I don't see why it would need to be larger.
Africa Mercy carries some 450 aid workers for shore duties. A dedicated hospital ship wouldn't need them. Renove them and you can triple her capacity

These are all very good drawings, but, unfortunately, you are not using the correct templates. If you are not interested in submitting them to the archive that is no problem, but if you are, then you will need to move all of them onto the current templates.

Thanks to a lot of help from WhyMe, I have put the underwater hull on the Saint class ferries. They have 3 Voith Schneider propellers, which I was totally ignorant of so any comments welcome...
