Well she is was a pre-dreadnought but she was refitted and her hull rebuilt.
Why would you go to all that trouble to refit a predred into a coastal defense ship when it is much cheaper to build a new, modern, and stronger hull? Besides, if she was a refit, why not shorten the hull? Right now you've got a massive open space aft of the B turret that screams, "Go ahead, put a shell through me!", or add some minerails. Also, there is no way the engines could be located under those stacks, unless you have propeller shafts that run half the length of the ship. And, the spotters up the mast are going to have a hard time seeing through all that smoke your funnels will be beltching out, I suggest adding another director or raising the mast.
