Very impressive But to be a bit nerdy, what is the squiggle above the 'o' in Kongo? Also, the template appears to be too shallow, but easily fixed.

@KW: she can operate helicopters, but I was a bit hasty when finishing this one, and couldn't find the heli.... the version on my pc will get it though, so at least at the upload session it will have it.

with too shallow, you mean the masthead piercing the scale bar? I don't consider that an major problem, but should I take an larger template for that?

Actually, it shouldn't be a 'squiggle' at all or a tilde which is its name. No, The transliterated name ought to be spelled this way: JS Kongô, ('o' with circumflex) which denotes an emphase on the last syllabels when pronouncing it. 'JS' stands for 'Japanese Ship', which is the new nomenclature to denote Japanese warships.

Well, ace, use your head! Do you know what the damn tilde indicates as for sound? Give me the proof that it's transliterated your way then! the tilde indicates a diphtongised vowel-sound which this name does not possess! example mañana (morning in Spanish) But, if my explanation's not sufficient do whatever you want!

One additional way of transliterating the name, which is very common in Anglo-Saxon countries is to spell it as follows: Kongō, i e an 'o' with macron above. The sound value is practically indebtical; a long vowel sound with emphasis and tempo on the last syllables. This may be the best option, considering the general audience and used language of the SB. But using a tilde is a no-no!
