Marketed in 1972 as a 60-knot ASW hovership frigate. It achieved no sales success.
Armament was to be one 3in DP gun (type unspecified and the turret is vaguely Swedish looking), two twin 20mm, one Bofors A/S mortar and one Lynx (though it seems a tad small for a Lynx).
I've made an RN version with the only changes being the 30mm singles and Wasp.

Impressive, but this stuff should cost quite some cash.

Hood, maybe change the pennant number? Right now you've got HMS Active's number... Otherwise an interesting and really awesome drawing!

Impressive :) I love to see a version with All-Bofors: 57mm, 40mm Trinity on the beam plus ssm.

I don't see any way it could hover it's way over land with this giant sonar underneath.

Well, submarines are awfully scarce on land, so there's little need for it to in there. :D

Bezo,
Vosper Thornycroft thought they had a replacement for current Frigates so in this this guise I thought what-if the RN had brought a class of these instead of the Type 21, logically if such a class had been procured they would have supplanted the Amazons.
Methinks the Grey Line Faction between us could come up with some AU versions!
