I'm currently working with the administrator of the site, and I've been able to ID over 180 images for removal so far, and all of those that I have IDed have been removed. He has been very cooperative in this endeavor. I am current searching the rest of the site, and it's a big job. If anyone finds images of theirs on the site, PM me, and I'll either confirm that they are on my list, or add them to my list as needed. :)

A lot of shipbucket drawings pirated and used in this thread, plenty more spread throughout the forums.

Update on The-Blueprints.com - I've forwarded the rest of my list to the Admin of the site and he has pulled them down.. Going forward I'm going to be the point-man for this so if anyone has any issues, please come to me first.

THX Tim. Yesterday I checked Blueprints and found out that a lot of drawings, which were on that site are now missing.

There were 444 that I requested the removal of (or about 5.5% of all of the images in his ships section). I do note that there were atleast that many that were properly credited (title block and link to shipbucket) that were left, as they met the requirements of the Shipbucket Fair Use Agreement.

I'd also like to thank Midnight Nova who helped me search a few of the categories.

Seems we've got a possible professional infringement on the Shipbucket Fair Use Agreement. Was going through vids on youtube when I came across a vid that seems to have been a professional work, the vid in question uses the USS Independence LCS-1 drawing without the credits or anything really. You'll see what I mean...

I've contacted the uploader as to the origin of the vid.

I found this while looking for the SMS Mackensen, while it isn't an 'official shipbucket design', for lack of a better term, it looks like a quick splice job.

If you see the bottom of the page that says this.

"Image drawn and copyrighted by Mischa (E-Mail Mischa). Click on line drawing for a better view."

But anyway it should stand in the picture.

You've blundered across the ye olde ancestor of Shipbucket. Don't worry, you're not the first to do so and report it as misused SB drawings.
