Oh dear, do you mean Christina O was on your list or the River Class Frigate? I re-posted Portsmouth Bill's frigate to show a contrast before and after. How can I check work lists?

And I did say I was doing a yacht based on the River class hull. I guess we can both submit and let the best be uploaded? :)

...and I didn't notice that - realizing, that is, it was Christina PB was talking about! As for work lists, Charybdis, you can find then in the General Discussion thread. You can, too, reserve ships that you wish to draw. Evidently your forte is just yachts, so why not either look at the others' or if you're uncertain, ask? I like to consider myself a most generous nature, and am always willing to discuss what I've got on mylist, and I'm fairly sure most everyone here has the same attitude.

Thanks for liking the Type22s, btw, they are the most yacht-like modern warships, I believe, and I am proud that I managed to capture their graceful lines as well as I did.

As for PB:s and your Christina, you both seem to have captured particulars of that handsome yacht. Maybe you should discuss it over a cup of coffee? 8-) Anyway, a closer look at yours reveals a certain lack of details, but which is easy enough to fix and add. I do believe, also, that you may not have used one of our standard templates for the SatCom on the mainmast. If this is so,maybe consider looking into the selection at SB to find the right commercial variant?

Oh Dear, this is must be a first; Bezobrazov did stake his claim before us two; so by rights we should do the honourable thing and retire - which I hereby do *. A couple of points: the link to your too-do list isn't working Bezo? Also, Charybdis, you might be better keeping all your 'Superyachts' on the one topic? Rather than create a new one for every type?

* In favour of Bezo, and I'll complete my own version but not post it

Wow, she's a popular yacht! I've made a blunder. So what do we do delete the topic? I will check out the general discussion forum in the near future...

I much prefer PB's CO... my version's superstructure is a bit flat, the mast is too angled and I like the forward windows better on PB's. Back to the drawing board....

No! Do not dare delete this thread. (Maybe just merge with the other yacht threads...). My personal opinion, and I'm sure you're a better expert on this topic than I am, that both versions have their decided merits, and it'd be really cool if we could see the strengths of both somehow fused into one design. But as far as I'm concerned, my friend, we're cool. Just continue to improve this promising drawing, and don't hesitate to ask PB for help, since he's really very knowledgeable too!

Bezo was correct. I've merged all three Superyacht threads.

Good Idea :D And Bezobrazov has been magnaminous in allowing us to continue; so I'm happy to keep chipping away ;) One thing, I'm moving this as I now feel its getting beyond 'beginners', as Charybdis is 'earning his spurs'.
