CB-90 is about the same size as an LCVP. they fit in the davids for the LCVP, don't know about the dock.

hmm. difficult to explain this in english.
those stripes are the result of an type of welding. they give the positions of deck levels most of the times and sometimes of important constructions.

in this case, this would mean your ship is manned by midgets.

I revised my LPD,now posted as HSY-158.Please comment.

The LCVP-52 is fictional and combines hull from real LCVP-36 with NL LCVP Mk3.
The LCVP "A" type was the WW2 Higgins design which was rebuilt two times and served in large numbers (~80) until mid 1990's.

it might be an good idea to use the dutch LCVP davids of the johan de witt (which are on my dutch parts sheet) or the british ones from the HMS bulwark, instead of these old ones.

also, you forgot to update the SMART-S radar.

also, the LCVP mk3 was not made to be used from davids, I don't know if yours is either..... but I know for certain your LCVP-52 will be rather slow, because the engine space is cut.

Revised as you said. But I am not sure about davits,I found a newer design in dutch parts, since I have a file with various parts in my computer.

The Vasiliades Patrol Boats

The (fictional) Vasiliades Patrol Boats, as they are known, is one another trademark of RHN together with the
Konon Class Frigates/OPVs in second half of 20th century. The designer of these vessels,Spiros Vasiliades,
had in mind a luxury yacht back in 1935 and actually built two (of which only one survives, the Mascot,
built in 1938).All Vasiliades Patrol Boats was made from nailed steel as in the original plans of 1935.
After the WW2,when the shipyard worked again,Spiros Vasiliades proposed a Patrol Boat based on this hull
in 1948 and immidiately the Hellenic Coastguard ordered 12.The last 5 of this batch was Mk1a with some
improvements, followed by the MkII in 1960 (in HCG the MkII Class entered service in 1964).The last third
batch (MkIIa,for Black Sea Navy Command and Cypriot Navy) was redesigned and had more power to gain speed.
Also 6 more MkIIb served in Aegean Sea from 1965 to 1992.
Due to very strong construction,as also the Konon Class is,several still survive in beginning of 21th century.
In their heyday were true workhorses, in service the Navy Command of Black Sea (which is the only independent
Command of RHN) and even in East Meditteranean with Cypriot Navy Command.Cypriots had 4 in two versions (2 ships
each). They were the first ships in NATO with AUVs,the Proteas I/II which was a small "submarine" with autopilot
used for detecting minefields in sea, enemy submarines etc, infiltrate through underwater defense systems (such as
antisubmarine nets) and even in antismuggling operations with the Maritime Frontier Guard of the Kingdom (AUV
Proteas MkIIc) to which 4 transferred from Navy Command in 1998.
Hellenic Coastguard used them for many years and still has one in service (the LS-627) as a training
OPV,while several converted to tourist vessels in Aegean and Ionian Sea.

Note: The gun aft in 3rd to 6th design is not Bofors 40mm,but a 30mm made by Pyrkal in late 1950's based to
Italian Origin AA guns from the 1930's.The turret had double 30/65 cal cannons with combined rate of fire
2000 rounds per minute. In late 1980's this gun withdrawn for service and replaced by the prototype of Artemis
Naval (which used the old manned turret). In 2001 the old Artemis replaced with the S-30A (same with HCG and
Cyprus Marine Police, 2 X 600 rounds per minute).

Now two more landing ships awaiting comments.
First is LSD Naukratousa AU,the largest ever ship in displacement for RHN AU.According to my scenario 2 of these ordered, first comissioned in 2010 and second,LSD Yperion will be comissioned in late 2012.
Second is the LHCD Orion (I created a design forum for that if remember),an older design which commisioned in 1984 and will serve until at least 2018.Design is as it is now.

the last one:
old SMART-S drawing
old STIR 180 drawing
the LW-08 has no stabilisation foot and most likely you'll need the one with 2 transmitters
the mk 29 NSSM launcher is the wrong way around

Elli Class Frigates (AU)

In 1976 the Hellenic Naval Research & Development Center started a cooperation with the shipyard Royal Schelde of
Nederlands for designing a large frigate for RHN needs. This new ship class based on NL Standard frigate (or S-Class)
and constructed in three variants from 1981-1990.First two ships built in Nederlands under close supevision from a
team of naval architectures from Hellenic Shipyards and rest ships were built in HLK in two shipyards.First Hellenic
built ship,F452 Hydra commisioned in March 1983 and last,F466 Thira in May 1991.

General Specifications

Length: 130.5m
Beam: 14.6m
Draught: 6.2m
Displacement: 3050tn/3630tn
Propulsion : COGOG, 2 RR Tyne RM1C 9900hp + 2 RR Olympus TM3 56000hp,2 variable pitch props
Speed: >32kn maximun,continious speed 30kn,economical speed 16kn
