In 1973 Shah of Iran ordered 48 TSR2 and deliverd until 1978.Here is as was brand new in 1979.Now only 28-30 survive.

Looks nice in US service. Bit or irony in this AU, TSR kills F-111 rather than the other way round!

Nice. but I doubt this would happen if Strange McNamera was still SecDef in that AU, that guy's obsession with the F-111 is/was disturbing... I'd worry about a possible Broken Arrow scenario ordered by the guy on BACs Warton factory or the factory that'd build them here in the US.

EDIT: actually, on that note...


...as the task Gollevainen assigned to me is completed, I don't have any authority to speak on "official" matters anymore, but as I'm anticipating doing this task for him again - or at least to make it easier for whoever does it next time, especially if Gollevainen ends up doing it himself, it would be nice to keep AU FD-scale stuff in AU threads and out of the "official" FD-scale threads.

yea, Keep the AUs, never-where's and real life preferably in own theards.
Also, since you have completely own sub forum, its no harm done if you would have seperate threads for like planes and tanks and so on to ease the navigation
