No worries, my friend! Easily forgiven and forgotten. And, oh, welcome to join my club (according to my wife, at least, though she calls it being 'daft'! 8-) )

Foca class submarine. Three of these were built in Italy in 1916-1917.

Excellent sub, nice shading and detailing. This is still one of the most interesting threads, even small navies had interesting ships and good looking vessels.

Thanks, Hood. It was also my first submarine ;)

Gunboat Patria was built in 1903 in Lisbon with money collected by Portuguese emigrants in Brazil. She served in Africa and Far East till 1931.

This ship was built in 1901 in Lisbon as a torpedo gunboat. After the Republican revolution in Portugal they decided to rebuilt her into a destroyer. Finally in 1917 she was re-launched and being able to make 27 knots became the fastest ship of Portuguese Navy at the time. NRP Tejo served till 1927.
