Nice pre-war ships, and as bezobrazov commented there is a problem with the crane. Also on the smaller ships the aircraft handling crane looks too large.

If you look carefully,is there a rail on the deck with a wagon (like those on catapults) on which the hydroplane places to return into the hangar.Thetis does not have minelaying capability as Elli.If you can imagine a top view (bow on the right of the screen),the rail is positioned to the left and the crane/catapult to the right. The launching/recovering procedure was the following:
-First the seaplane comes out of the hangar on the rail.
-The crane places in on the catapult
-Catapult turns 90 degrees for launching and returns back after (with an DC electric motor, since electrical system of ships that era was mainly DC)
-When the seaplane returns from its mission, the crane places it on the rail on the way to hangar.
About the position of the crane you are right:It should be at the stern, mirror its current position. The SC Thetis needs a general revisement.

I took this crane for a template with Dutch parts,is there anything better, please? The K-22 was about 50% larger than the Fokker D VII with max take off weight around 1900kg.I will revise the Thetis today if I have enough time.

Interesting designs! However, on the Thetis, you might want to consider connecting the hanger to the rest of the upper structures. It makes travelling through the ship much easier.

Something I forgot to say about the Seaplane Carriers of RHN,is that the "ΥΦ" is from their name in Hellenics, "ΥδροπλανοΦόρο",in English of course "Seaplane Carrier".This is the old naming system of RHN,dating from 1850.Every ship was named with two letters of her name, e.g the old steamdromon (corvette) Ellas (1850-1892) had "ΕΛ",the steamdromon Arkadi (1864-1876) had "ΑΡ",but there were exceptions such as the topredo boats of "11" class. In late 1920's some ships had mumbers, such as the Hydra/Kountouriotis Class destroyers (97/101).After joined NATO in 1949,RHN aquired the current naming system.

Cruisers Elli Class

These 2 cruisers were of the Monteccucoli Class and transferred to RHN from Italy in 1950 as a war tribute serving as was for a while. When Italy started to convert the similar Giuseppe Garibaldi to CLG, the Ministry of Defense interested and both ships converted to Guided Missile Cruisers.Instead of going for the Terrier SAM,they decide to have the larger Talos SAM and 2 triple Pyrkal/Vickers 190mm/L55 guns with rangefinder from Bofors to provide improved fire power. The modified C442 Elli recomissioned in November 1961 followed by C443 Limnos in about two years later. An ASROC system and 8 SSM Adis I-A was also added in 1969. C442 Elli saw action in "100 day War" when managed to destroy 12 aircrafts C443 another 8.Both ships decomissioned in 1980 and 1981 and their names given to frigates. CLG Elli is preserved as a museum ship in Hellenic Museum of Naval Tradition AU in Faliro.C443 Limnos sunk in Ionian Test Field as target for OMI-26 Isis in 1986.Elli Class cruisers were the only CLGs of RHN,current C444 Ulysee is a CGH (Cruiser,Guided Missile,Helicopter) and L166 Orion is classified as a LCGH (Landing,Cruiser,Guided Missile,Helicopter).

The Sphinx of Thebes is also in use in CoA of Hellenic Financial Police AU in Hellenics (ΣΔΟΕ,Σώμα Δίωξης Οικονομικού Εγκλήματος),which as I said, created in 1972,based on the Italian Guardian di Finanza stucture.Current total personnel is about 20000,of which 13400 are civilian personnel and 6600 armed. It is divided in 3 brances:Land Financial Police,Air Police and Sea Police.Τhe Land Armed Forces usually cooperate with the State Police in drug smuggling, illegal trade of antiquities, money counterfeiting operations and have their own operations for financial crimes as well.Together with the Coastguard,Financial Police act in ports to anti-smuggling operations in warehouses or even in sea operations. Its own operations is mostly anti-tax evasion (laws for that crime in HLK are very strict). The Air Branch is the smallest of the three branches, acting again together with the Police Air Branch, mostly over land.In HLK the Maritime Patrol is duty of the Coastguard,so Financial Police does not have nor plans to buy such aircrafts. But in some cases, helicopters of the Financial Police assisted RHAF of the Hellenic Rescue Team in SAR operations in land.

Weapons

Pistols H&K/HDS P7M13,HDS M30 0.45"
Submachine Gun HDS Aris A2 (based on M1928A1,modified for cartridge 7.92X36 EPK),H&K MP5
Assault Rifle:HDS/Beretta M99A1 (variant of BM-59)
Shotgun:HDS 875

Cars
Nissan Synny (3 generations)
Nissan Primera (3 generations)
Nissan Terrano HL /Patrol HL
Renault 19
Renault Laguna (first generation)

Note:most of cars does not have special colors, because of the civilian personnel.Nissans are made in a factory in HLK (Teokar),so they are common cars in the roads of the Kingdom. The R19 was made from another company from 1992 to 2008 and since 2001 the first generation of Laguna is in production. The bigger user however of R19 is the Municipal Police (about 85% of its cars are R19).
