The center of gravity for one thing. You would need to either lengthen the hull or seriously cut up the superstructure

and the draft is too much. and an yacht has no armoured belt. and 3 props of that size on an ship that size? funnels (so machinery) above your props?
and one other problem... royal yachts are good looking most of the time :P

The armoured belt is to protect the Emperor and his household.
And it is not a royal yacht but an Imperial yacht.

yeah, but the logic is the same. and if you are hit by something, with all those windows, your emperor would still die. if you want an yacht to protect them, then take an complete battleship (like the brits did on some voyages)
