In my AU Sweden lend-leased Hellcat fighters between late 1943 and 1945. Lacking a modern fighter to their carriers after the war they decieded to go for latest instead of surplus F4U Corsairs. The fighter of choice for the navy was the DH Vampire but they couldn¨t finish a carrier version in time so Furies where bought instead. It was a good choice serving well into the 50s being finally replaced by the Venoms in 1955.
If you are going for Lend Lease then Sweden would need to be a member of the Allies, and that is not my understanding of this AU. Re the Vampire; yes, it was flight tested on carriers but just didn't have the power for safe operations (a common problem with early jets); but yes, the Sea Fury would fit well for the period you are using. If IIRC, the Spitfires were supplied after some initial reluctance, due to the perception that Sweden had not been a 'friendly neutral' during WWII; though, by the 1950's Swedens 'neutrality' was favoured by NATO.
