I think you have a slight misunderstanding about how SS deals with guns.
The field called "No. of Barrels" doesn't refer to the number of barrels per mount, but to the number of barrels in total.
Right now this is what you have:
Quote:
Armament:
1 - 4.13" / 105 mm 45.0 cal gun - 35.62lbs / 16.16kg shells, 150 per gun
Dual purpose gun in deck mounts, 1933 Model
3 x Single mounts on centreline ends, majority aft
If you translate that it means that you have three single mounts and associated equipment, but only one barrel and 150 shells in total.
Also, 150 shells per barrels isn't all that much if AA is a major role.

That could explain quite a lot.

In which case am I right to believe that the following leaves me with a twin 105mm at either end, 4 twin 25mm and 4 twin 13mm along the sides?
Quote:
Armament:
4 - 4.13" / 105 mm 45.0 cal guns - 35.62lbs / 16.16kg shells, 300 per gun
Dual purpose guns in deck mounts, 1933 Model
2 x Twin mounts on centreline ends, evenly spread
8 - 0.98" / 25.0 mm 70.0 cal guns - 0.53lbs / 0.24kg shells, 300 per gun
Anti-air guns in deck mounts, 1935 Model
4 x Twin mounts on sides, evenly spread
8 - 0.51" / 13.0 mm 45.0 cal guns - 0.07lbs / 0.03kg shells, 500 per gun
Machine guns in deck mounts, 1933 Model
4 x Twin mounts on sides, evenly spread
Weight of broadside 147 lbs / 67 kg

Yup.
Btw, you should probably carry a couple of thousands or rounds for the 25 and 13mm guns each.
It wasn't unusual for ships equipped with the 40mm Bofors to carry 3 or 4000 rounds per gun.
