I think you have a slight misunderstanding about how SS deals with guns.
The field called "No. of Barrels" doesn't refer to the number of barrels per mount, but to the number of barrels in total.
Right now this is what you have: If you translate that it means that you have three single mounts and associated equipment, but only one barrel and 150 shells in total.
Also, 150 shells per barrels isn't all that much if AA is a major role.

That could explain quite a lot.

In which case am I right to believe that the following leaves me with a twin 105mm at either end, 4 twin 25mm and 4 twin 13mm along the sides?

Yup.
Btw, you should probably carry a couple of thousands or rounds for the 25 and 13mm guns each.
It wasn't unusual for ships equipped with the 40mm Bofors to carry 3 or 4000 rounds per gun.
