The ship is done, that was just an early war scheme to show off. A lot of Atlantic fleet vessels were painted in Measure 2

Keep in mind, that this is ultimately a rejected version.

While I like this design fine, I prefer Nighthunter's (No offence). But this could make a very fast and very awesome sloop if an aft mount was removed

I prefer Nighthunter's version as well. A colonial sloop needs to be several things, but fast isn't one of them. That said, a good alternate version would have 6" guns. I actually did a Springsharp of what a treaty limited 2000 ton, 20 kt vessel could do, and ended up with a fine "Pocket Cruiser" of sorts with respectable protection.

Displacement:
1,890 t light; 1,995 t standard; 2,695 t normal; 3,254 t full load

Dimensions: Length overall / water x beam x draught
347.38 ft / 340.00 ft x 34.50 ft x 15.00 ft (normal load)
105.88 m / 103.63 m x 10.52 m x 4.57 m

Armament:
4 - 6.00" / 152 mm guns in single mounts, 108.00lbs / 48.99kg shells, 1936 Model
Quick firing guns in deck mounts with hoists
on centreline ends, evenly spread, 2 raised mounts - superfiring
8 - 1.57" / 40.0 mm guns (2x4 guns), 1.95lbs / 0.89kg shells, 1936 Model
Anti-aircraft guns in deck mounts
on centreline, all amidships
6 - 0.79" / 20.0 mm guns in single mounts, 0.24lbs / 0.11kg shells, 1936 Model
Machine guns in deck mounts
on side, evenly spread
Weight of broadside 449 lbs / 204 kg
Shells per gun, main battery: 200

Armour:
- Belts: Width (max) Length (avg) Height (avg)
Main: 4.00" / 102 mm 102.14 ft / 31.13 m 7.05 ft / 2.15 m
Ends: Unarmoured
Main Belt covers 46 % of normal length

- Gun armour: Face (max) Other gunhouse (avg) Barbette/hoist (max)
Main: 2.00" / 51 mm 1.00" / 25 mm 2.00" / 51 mm
2nd: 1.00" / 25 mm - -
3rd: 0.50" / 13 mm - -

- Armour deck: 3.00" / 76 mm, Conning tower: 4.00" / 102 mm

Machinery:
Oil fired boilers, steam turbines,
Geared drive, 2 shafts, 7,311 shp / 5,454 Kw = 20.00 kts
Range 15,000nm at 14.00 kts
Bunker at max displacement = 1,259 tons

Complement:
186 - 243

Cost:
£0.749 million / $2.995 million

Distribution of weights at normal displacement:
Armament: 56 tons, 2.1 %
Armour: 635 tons, 23.6 %
- Belts: 140 tons, 5.2 %
- Torpedo bulkhead: 0 tons, 0.0 %
- Armament: 29 tons, 1.1 %
- Armour Deck: 448 tons, 16.6 %
- Conning Tower: 17 tons, 0.6 %
Machinery: 205 tons, 7.6 %
Hull, fittings & equipment: 904 tons, 33.6 %
Fuel, ammunition & stores: 805 tons, 29.9 %
Miscellaneous weights: 90 tons, 3.3 %

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
6,384 lbs / 2,896 Kg = 59.1 x 6.0 " / 152 mm shells or 2.1 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.09
Metacentric height 1.2 ft / 0.4 m
Roll period: 13.3 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 100 %
- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0.99
Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 2.00

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has a flush deck
Block coefficient: 0.536
Length to Beam Ratio: 9.86 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 18.44 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 47 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 20.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0.00 ft / 0.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 20.28 ft / 6.18 m
- Forecastle (35 %): 12.91 ft / 3.93 m
- Mid (50 %): 12.91 ft / 3.93 m
- Quarterdeck (35 %): 12.91 ft / 3.93 m
- Stern: 12.91 ft / 3.93 m
- Average freeboard: 13.94 ft / 4.25 m

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 46.2 %
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 106.8 %
Waterplane Area: 8,080 Square feet or 751 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 170 %
Structure weight / hull surface area: 59 lbs/sq ft or 286 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.90
- Longitudinal: 2.42
- Overall: 1.00
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is excellent
Room for accommodation and workspaces is adequate
Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform
Excellent seaboat, comfortable, can fire her guns in the heaviest weather

Even better results were achieved by reducing the four single 6" mounts to two twins.
