After comparing your drawing with others available on the net I think your reference was the Andrew Arthur drawing. Sadly that drawing is wrong at some aspects. Beter refer to real pictures. You will see the bridge difers in many details, the gallery at the stern is larger, the main turrets shape doesn't fit, the masts are higher and many more details.
Then have close look at the shading rules. Shading makes a lot of good drawing.

But however, this a good start, I think you will make it!

Yes, I did use the AA drawing for the general shape of the ship. The guns are aswell, but only because I couldn't find replacements until yesterday, and I couldn't draw my own. Some details are resized from the AA drawing only as markers until I can make/find suitable SB scale replacements. The lifeboats, anchors, and deck dteails are all from the parts sheets forum, and the steam launch and spotlights are drawn/partly modded from parts sheets by me. Thanks for pointing out the main problems, I will fix as much as I can this afternoon.

Okay, still a WIP, but it's better.

Fixed the bridge and guns. As for the masts, when I compared them to a photo, they were the same size. Next job is on the upper deck near the funnels.
Suggesions?

Other than the need for shading I cannot find one

Very fine work, here. One small nit-pick is the size of the propellers, which seem to me a bit too small for a ship this size.

Yeah, I kinda just grabbed the closest looking design from the parts sheets, will fix.
