After almost two years on my worklist I've finally gotten around to finishing her.

Maybe a little more shading on the underwater hull? Which still should be within SB standards but can make her look considerably better.
Also the rudder shaft is not painted.
Other than that I like it very much :)

Cute little thing. IIRC it is one of the tug types built by the MARAD, as V 3 M type.

Could be. None of the official sources mentions which design it is and USMaritimeCommision.de only covers the V4-M-A1 type.
Btw, I hope I'm not encroaching on your MARAD project.

As far as I know there were several tug types built by MARAD. I don't think that you are encroching.
I do feel, however that you have done a teriffic job on this tug
