I've been looking all over the place for a drawing of the HMS Hood (the battlecruiser), but I can't find it. The only thing out there that I've found is the drawing made by artist "Unknown". And it is, sorry to say, lacking in detail. Has anyone else attempted to draw her?

it has not yet been drawn but I recall either hood himself or Bombhead placing dips for it

I did have one on the go but Wakazashi's was far superior see link above. Its a shame he didn't finish her and submit the drawing for upload on to the archive.

Wakazashi is (sadly) not active at present (come back Wakazashi :( ), and I agree, his take on the Hood was pretty damn good. My only criticism was the lumpy bow, but there may have been other minor points that needed correction. My suggestion is that if he is not going to complete, somone like Bombhead, Hood, or Novice (what me biased ;) ) takes his already good drawing and finishes it off; of course, giving that gent the major credit :)

My thought exactly , but I humbly suggest that either Hood or Bombhead, and Portsmouth Bill will do it. As for myself, my worklist is quite full as it is.

I always thought the coloring was off, but there was talk about a never commenced complex overhaul for the hood maybe you should do that

I could give it a go, I'm stalled on drawing at the moment but after I've done the Type 82 I might give it a go.
