Looks to me like the drive-belts for the paddle wheels aren't totally right, and I would remove the OS2U Kingfisher floatplanes (they are very iconic of World War II and the 1940s which is decidedly NOT part of the Steampunk genre). Replace it with some horrendous sea-plane design from the Great War or similar.

Also needs more zeppelins!!!

Otherwise truly astonishing!
