The first minesweepers that entered service in MW RP (Polish Navy) were German built FM type coastal minesweepers. Four of them were bought after the WW1 and re-armed with 47mm guns:

After the WW2 the Polish obtained quite a few ships from the Allies. Both Soviet Union and USA provided several of their very numerous small minesweepers:
