Shipbucket

I got an e-mail saying my photobucket account was viewed by a someone.
I went to look at his album and saw Shipbucket style ships' drawings, one at least I even recognised as my own (French PA-28 carrier design), which was kitbashed, with some armament, the underwater hull was removed, and my name removed. I post here a link to said Album, maybe other memebers can recognise their own ships.
The question is, if it is a violation of the Shipbucket copyright?

I am not a lawyer, but yes it does. Report your pictures for copyright infringement.

To whom do I report the violation?
In this forum I think I just did.
Also I strongly suggest for other members to see if their drawing are there, even in modified form.
