You forgot to resize the rudder, props, and increase the amount of space in the ship above the waterline. The sub would get washed over in even calm seas, and eventually you would have a similar incident to the British M-class subs of the 20's.Also, if you want that much sheer below the waterline, you would have to extend the sub by about 50%, increasing the size of the rudders and props proportionally with the size of the vessel.
