@ NickD : OMFG :o it looks awsome i think its 99,9% acurate.

I only see that the radar is not completely black and it made my memory of the goalkeeper that it did.

Thanks! I wanted to make the model real as possible, and didnt included only extremely minor details, or details which will generate a lot of triangles without making visually great difference.

About the colouring - there seems to be a different colour schemes on different countries goalkeepers.
See HERE
And HERE and HERE

A chose a taiwanese (i think?) colouring, which looks coolest on my opinion. But it can be easily corrected if you want.

Err.
The black look on the radar is a new type of paint.
The tests with it was done in about 1996->2000.
And is being used everywhere right now on the goalkeepers.
This new paint is better to use on that kind of radar.
Thats what i read on the dutch navy net.

And thats why the LG frigates started with white, and ended in black.(goalkeeper radars ...)

Thanks for the info, Mitchell!
In this case i will change the search radar to all black painting.

Alanceloet, the Wyvern is gorgeous! Can you provide some more renders from different sides?

I will do that, but first I will make the goalkeeper RAM and hitroles, so it is completed. maybe I will redo the cannon as well, as you can see it is rather crappy due to bad reference.

Hehe, "hitrole," that's such a funny name.

Heh, now you'll have to pull the whole ship up to the level of detail on the goalkeeper. Have fun ;)

Yea, something like this:

I saw it too, but because I am responsible for that, I was afraid to say it ;)

Seriously, Alanceloet, if you think the model must be simplified, i can do it easily, because my working model is without joined solids, i can easily remove the tiny details, they cannot be seen from distance, so just say if you need them removed.

What do you think about my TB bridge? Is anything i miss from the equipment there?

Shouldn't there be any connecting rods, etc between the bridge equipment and the ship itself? Anyway, looking good :)
