The lack of radio is kind of a bit deal (never mind radar, etc). The boats amidships are a major waste of centerline space, where a second set of torpedo tubes would easily fit.

You could free up space by putting the aft flag beside the depth charges. You could also move the torpedo tubes slight forwards to extend the deck house to allow for an aft mast for communications
