are just a few... Also it helps to search for trucks themselves: MAZ, BAZ, Ural etc. You may even end up with blueprints and dimensions.

If you cannot find images but videos, just pause them and take a screen capture...

No, it's not. It owes far more to other types of Russian vehicles, but yes I can see the resemblance.
