I know that it will be destroyed by pressure waves from the cannon :ugeek: .

Fleet Admiral John F. "D-man" Smith of the BB-class

[ img ]

It was built two ships in the BB class, the most famous of them is the Fleet Admiral John F. "D-Man" Smith.

We know very little about these two ships that arrived late into the war, all the information one has about them is from spies.

One of the things one noticed with these ships was that they are a little narrower than other ships of the same size:

Length: 279.64 m
Beam: 36m
Draughts: 10.18 + + m
Displacement: unknown, speculated to be around 75,000 tonnes
Engines: steam engines of unknown manufacturer.
Speed: spies have seen they run at speeds up to 32 knots during sea trials +.
Range: 8,750 nmi
Crew: from 2200 to 3000

armament:
3 * BEFER & Havok 475D triple (475mm)
4 * Havok 3XZ45-3 (Twin 175mm)
20 * 40mm AA guns
46 * 20mm AA guns

Updated own design weapons list! ;)

The Andromeda class or as it was called "The six A's," these ships had a long service period, where two of them were placed in reserve fleet at the end of their service period. Total was the last two in service for 50 years. when the missiles came, it was easy to re-build Andromeda class to carry missiles, and when the helicopter came ...

they were built to support future aircraft carrier, if the Haram was to have aircraft carriers.

Very nice cruiser design there, but with two 'abers' only; 1) I'd prefer two smokestacks or a wider, truncked one for the potential power output your machinery must be having. Two here, would definitely not shame the overall pleasing aspect of your design! 2) Since you have two shafts only (and, which of course, you may have!), I'd redesign the aft floatplane more along Italian cruiser-lines for better hydrodynamic flow, and thus much improved performance potential. Look at my redone Tre Kronor for an example. Those cruisers were easily capable of 32 knots without forced draught! Since they never were tried with it, we don't know their true potential top-speed, but I'd guess it'd at least be around 36-38 knots! Many Italian cruisers, put on trial (in light condition, mind you!) with forced power, exceeded 40 knots!
