they follow the Norwegian rules.

At the Sleipner accident, the problem was that the weather got the boat off course when it drove on autopilot, the Captain was also convicted.

At the Baronessa his accident, was the engine locked up at full throttle, when they were beginning to dock.

I'd do the Japanese Aikoku Maru-class or Asama Maru-class, but I'm in no way artistic or Paint-oriented enough. Anyone care to take a shot at them?
