Fine by me. Your current shading is a little different from standard. Please make the new part conform more exactly to the standard shading guidelines (or at least make a second version shaded like that).

I'll make the version for the parts sheet colouring and shading as standard, and the version for USS Sacramento will be in her colours ;)

:D I'm nearly completed (only very few details are missing), but I would like if anyone see some mistakes or failures to tell me, so I can correct them in the same moment. BTW pictures indicates she have SLQ-32(v)2 but all my written sources says it's version 3, so I decided to use that!

No corrections comments received ;) I have added the last minor details and updated the above drawing. I now consider her complete :D

Ha, too soon!

What's the air search set fitted? I assume it's Mk 23 TAS. We have that drawn; what you've used is one of the old inaccurate parts that doesn't effectively represent anything in particular. And I think the shading of the IPDMS illuminators should be darker.

Nitpicks, of course. It's a fine drawing.

I must admit that I don't know the air set. I've looked in the parts sheet and found those parts which looked right. Maybe you're right that I've found them in some old parts sheet (maybe we ought to set date on the sheets!).
Concerning the illuminator it should in fact be lighter. As I wrote above I decided to use the version 3 because all written infos says so. It was a hard decission, because on all pictures it looks more like version 2 and the colour is white or very light grey ;)
BTW thanks :D

As many of you know I'm working with the drawing of the Supply Class. It's a very long time ago sincxe I've started, but the progress is very sloooow though steady. There's a lots of reason why it turns out so slowly (badge drawings to example) but proper source searching had been very tough too :? I still miss a lot to draw, but I think I've had reach a point where I owe to you, to present status for both the US Navy edition and the Military Sealift Commands edition. Then it maybe will urge me to work harder to completing them :D
Her they are (still very WIP'ish):
[Edit] The pictures removed - improved - moved to page 7 :D

Excellent work so far, Kim! Keep it up. I have to say those auxiliaries are quite handsome to behold in their own right!

Thanks mates :D Now the midships secrets are revealing them selve for me bit by bit. It's a tough task, because I have to look at many photos from different angles to discover them. I've just updated the WIP's above, but I'm not sure you can see the changes because they look so minor. But these changes took a couple of hours. Not to draw, but to discover
