There's a difference between long and thin and just thin though

But yeah, double-checking and actually measuring, it's not off at all.

I do love the doubly supported propellers, an interesting break from the norm

Not really - it's a function of hull contour. Most modern ('fast') combatants still have a V-shaped support bracket for the shaft, but the inner part of the 'V' is hidden due to the relatively flat profile of the bottom of the stern.

Ah, makes sense, still, it looks good! Thumbs up!
