A very good start, and as for myself I applaude your courage, for trying an early 1900's ship.
I have but just two quibbles regarding your otherwise good work.
One: your ship needs some shading on the armour-belt, especially the big square plate of the wing turrets, to show it is on another plane that the rest of the hull.
Second: The boot-topping color should not be stepped IMHO. Although many ships had a curved line it was traditionaly done as a straight line (a throw back to the days when all drawings, were done without the underwater hull, and so needed a straight line).

This is wonderful. I especially appreciate the extra
effort to draw the rigging. These ships had powerful
long - range radios and needed a lot of antenna
wires on their tall masts. Great job.

I have corrected the stepped boot issues and done some shading on the plate that protrudes from 'P' turret. Have also changed the draught (after checking some figures & references) and added some hull plating above the waterline.

Pretty much happy with this now, just need to add some nice flags. Maybe a Coat of Arms, if we have any takers?

can't help but note it's similarity to the Australia, probably designed by the same person

Great drawing, Jabba. The only thing that bugs me is the template: it's too large ;)

Sir Eustache Tennyson d' Eyncourt...that's the Constructor who designed both the Invincibles and the Indefatigable-class (to which the HMAS Australia belonged!) - And Jabba, a whole shipbucket full of congrats for a truly magnificent drawing! And, yes, unless you're planning for a badge on the side, the template is rather too wide...

Yes, its looking great; and also, you could move it onto the new templates, with space reserved for the ships badge. Re the RN Battlecruisers of that era: sure, they had a 'family' look, growing in size, but all, alas inherently flawed :(

BTW I just spotted that the secondaries barrels are no-no. You need to either drawn them three pixel wide (when in 4.5-6 inch range) or plain two black-pixel width (the only instance such is generally allowed within the style) when on 3-4 inch range.
