We strive to make a well thought out Alternate universe, and as such only nations with the greatest effort put into them will be accepted into the world of Pax Universalis.

The Great War ended 55 years ago, ever since three ideologies have competed for global supremacy. Threats, propaganda, espionage, and proxy wars have become the tools for asserting dominance rather than open warfare. However the world has come close to the brink of war twice before and it is more than possible that the next time could be the last.

The world is split between the Republic Alliance, the Nationalist nations, and those embracing the ideals of the Spring Revolutionary Front. The Republic Alliance was officially formed in 1939 by a number of democratic nations in an attempt to dissuade the Nationalist nations from continuing their attempts to forcefully take over nearby neighbors. The Nationalist nations were initially a loose alliance whose views of national supremacy almost brought the world into the flames of war once again; they did not formally enter into a pact until 1943. The Spring Revolutionary Front was once viewed as an insignificant radical movement, until the Spring of 1919 when they formed the Spring Confederacy, since then they have aided numerous similar movements.

The date is 1970, and this is Pax Universalis

If i can get a large strip of coastal area with nice sunny beaches...
