I try to made this history: In 1991 in frames of accounts with USSR Poland received 2 hulks of frigates type 1154. It was finished with American help of the FMS programme in 1995.

The forward area around the Mk13 looks a little crowded, the asw rocket launcher may get toasted the first time you launch a SM-1.
