Tenryu and Tatsuta were light cruisers designed as destroyer flotilla leaders. Both ships were built in 1918 and they were able to reach 33 knots speed.

True. Actually, only two classes of IJN light cruisers aren't drawn yet: Nagara and Sendai. And since both are very similar to their common ancestor - the Kuma class - I'll probably draw them some time in foreseeable future
