I was thinking of something contempory with the Harpoon that you are already using, such as the MK.32. It just seems odd to have some modernisation while not following through into other areas. Still, at least you're not using Hedgehog :)
The Harpoon was used on pretty much all the RDNs combat units and it fitted our mission requirements. The Mk. 32, and the associated Mark 46 torpedo, would aside from new logistics require a complete rethink of our strategy.
Until the MU90 was introduced, our most advanced ASW weapon had been the Hedgehog and a paravane style torpedo decoy.
Our submarines didn't even carry ASW capable torpedoes.

Maybe, but the Real Peder Skram had two, and since I'm trying to emulate that ships armament, this one gets two as well.
