Thanks The progess going slow. Mostly because I'm searching for relevant information and found out even though there are written a lot of USS Sacramento, that aren't much about refitting and upgrades. I believe (not 100% sure) that the last upgrade was in 1996. Therefore I will give my drawing the period 1996 - 2004. If anyone have informations which are better, please let me know.
