Your nav radar is placed in a rather sub-optimal position, and the platform that holds the Mirador looks very crude.
Hey! I drew all that! :P
Cheer up, critique is good for you.

It's those white or grey bubbles that can be found on any modern ship.

Oh, so that's what those things are. That makes sense now.

...oh my God that's probably the worst place where you could put a navigation radar - right behind the mast so the mast itself creates a blind spot right where you most need the navigation radar to see! Just about the only way you can do worse is to either put the nav radar inside the hull or underwater.

I'm not entirely in agreement with Thiel, but if you must....put the navigation radar right where the optical ball is, and put the optical ball higher - yes that's right it means redrawing the mast. Don't worry it's good practice.

Actually, his previous position wasn't much better. Sure, it let him see where he was going, but since his bridge layout doesn't allow him to look aft, he'll need radar coverage there instead.

Hmm. How about moving the Matador further up and putting it on a less massive platform. As it is right now, the platform probably weighs seven or eight times as much as the Matador itself. This should leave enough room to fit the Nav radar underneath it. For rear coverage you could add a small mast on the hangar with a second nav radar. This will give you full 360 degrees coverage which is a very good thing when looking for stuff like SART buoys and it means you won't have to use your mill grade radar as much, which for a low cost low intensity unit can be rather important.
Commercial radars have a longer design life than military ones since they are a lot less capable, and they're far far cheaper

Other then the nav-dar, is there any other major flaws?
EDIT: Uploaded it, minor update. I added a little crew member 'cause I think it looks cool. It also gives you a more real-world sense of scale then just knowing how long it is and knowing 2pix=1foot. I also changed the funnel so it's right to the edge and no walkway.

I'd move the forward radar up a bit, and you have no liferafts that I can see.

The liferafts are in that shutter behind the RHIB. I'll move the radar up though.
