I'm going to have to offer some criticism here, actually, as according to the progression you've been going and by the general design of the ship itself, I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't try to fit at least slightly heavier, or at least more modern, armaments onto that hull to have it more in-line with battlecruiser developments, especially in 1914.
Ehhh...what's the point, rurik in your Rurik-2 'evolution'? You basically are wasting precious volume and weight in a useless echelon turret arrangement, when you could've rearranged the funnel uptakes (and, of course the boiler-rooms!) to achieve a centerline amidships turret configuration. I really don't see the progression or improvement from the original design.
