AMX-50-120 Surblinde was a heavily amrored version of the AMX 50 with a 120mm gun in a conventional turret. Not built as a 120mm version of the oscillating turret was developed.
[ img ]

The Chasseur de Chars was a fast lightly armored tank destroyer equipped with a 90mm gun. Based off of the AMX M4 chassis.
[ img ]

The AMX M4 program was an attempt at replacing the ARL 44 with something more modern. The design was heavily inspired by the Tiger II. Three designs are known to exist, a 1945 design with a 90mm gun, a 1947 design and a 1949 design with a 100mm gun. None were built as the M4 program was superceeded by the AMX 50 program.

[ img ]

FCM 50 was another German-inspired tank with the same goal as the M4, making a more modern heavy tank than the ARL 44. Armed with the same 90mm gun as above tanks.
[ img ]

Italys' successor to the P26/40 heavy tank. Never built as the war ended before any could be built.
[ img ]

Proposed version of the P43bis with torsion bar suspension and the 53-caliber version of the 90mm gun.
[ img ]

The 14TP was an Incremental improvement over the 10TP light tank. None were built due to the 1939 invasion.
[ img ]

The 20TP/25TP were several designs for a medium tank in the 20-25t weight class. Armor was rather light and the tanks were designed with different 75mm guns, ranging from AA guns to field guns.
[ img ]

Here's the Panther II with it's proposed turret with the narrow mantlet and raised turret roof for mounting a rangefinder.
[ img ]

Two Swedish export designs with a 75mm gun.
[ img ]
[ img ]

British design for a tank with a 183mm gun in a rear-mounted turret based off of the Conqueror hull. Only a mockup was made.
[ img ]

One of several designs for the next medium tank. This one from Renault mounting a short-barreled 75mm gun.
[ img ]

Proposal of upgrading Pz 3 tanks with a Pz 4 turret and sloped armor.
[ img ]

Proposal of adding sloped armor to the Pz 4.
[ img ]

The T77 used the M48 hull with the T57s turret to mount a 120mm gun on a smaller, lighter chassis.
[ img ]

The T58 was a T57 with an even larger turret (largest oscillating turret ever had it been built) to mount a 155mm gun.

Here's another three never-weres:

Fist up is the Emil 1 and Emil 3 tanks developed under the codename of Kranvagn to cover up it's true intention. The Emil 1 is the smallest of the designs, and is armed with a 10,5cm gun. The Emil 3 is the largest of the designs, and it and Emil 2 designs had a 12cm gun and heavier armor with a pike-nose on the front.

Emil 3:

I don't have any sources for the Emil 2 or its dimensions, so I can't really do that one without speculating, what I do know is that it was slightly smaller and looks the same as Emil 3 designs.

The final drawing is of the IS-2U, a 1944 design for a proposed upgrade of the IS-2 by adding a pike nose similar to the IS-3. In the end the project want nowhere and would later be given to the Chinese where it too went nowhere as the WZ-111 was chosen as the heavy tank of choice.

West Germany, F-14 Tomcat
[ img ]
West Germany was considered to be a potential customer for the F-14 in the early 1970s, with Generalleutnant Steinhoff visiting the Grumman factory to inspect the aircraft himself. Ultimately nothing came of it.

United Kingdom, F-15 Eagle (NW)

Never-Were RAF F-15 based on textual documentation that noted the RAF only wanted two seaters, expanded fuel tanks (hence CFTs), and the Foxhunter radar from the Tornado ADV. AU version based on standard F-15A/B/C/D can be found in FD AU 5.

Very nice, but Luftwaffentruppenkommando exists only since 2015, from merger of Kommando Einsatzverbände Luftwaffe (Operational Units Command) and Kommando Unterstützungsverbände (Support Units Command). In 1980 then-Jagdbombergeschwader 34 was part of 1. Luftwaffendivision, which was part of Luftflottenkommando, which was a "major command" of the Luftwaffe der Bundeswehr (commonly called Bundesluftwaffe). ;)

Philippines, C-27J Spartan
[ img ]
As part of a 2012 medium-lift aircraft program, the Philippine Air Force selected the C-27J and received approval for a purchase of three aircraft from the Philippine President. However, while awaiting Congressional approval, the PAF instead declared the EADS/CASA C-295 as the winner and the C-27J buy was scrapped.

Kingdom of Sweden, Vultee V-48C J 10
Originally ordered by the Swedish government in February 1940 with 144 aircraft, the V-48C export model would never leave the United States due to an arms embargo enacted upon the country by the time aircraft were ready to leave the ports in September 1941.

Subsequently, they would be used by the USAAF for stateside use at training bases on the West Coast and briefly by the Royal Air Force for training in Canada before ultimately handing over 104 aircraft to the Republic of China.

PZL M-19

Very suprised @eswube never produced these, but here are PZL's designs to bring the Piper Pa-35 Pocono to market as the airliner it should have been developed into.

[ img ]

As Piper's partner in Eastern Europe, PZL saw the potential of the Pocono design and were willing to undertake the engineering work of turning the prototype into a commercial reality that Piper were not able to. Under the M-19 designation PZL first created a minimal change aircraft that could rapidly enter production, straight away bringing the PT6 into the design to solve the power/weight problem that had hamstrung Piper. A better solution was to add in fuselage plugs to lengthen the aircraft, and changing the engines to a higher powered PT6, making an aircraft able to compete with Beechcraft's Be99 and Be1900, as the PZL M-19.1. An almost complete redesign became the M-19.2, a larger aircraft again, now in competion with the Embraer Brasila.
But in the end no aircraft were built, as the relationship with Piper broke down and late-Communist Poland moved away from direct engagement with the USA. Without Piper's assistance with the FAA to push for certification of the design in the new Commuter Category, and with the Soviets giving a large contract to build An-28's, PZL did not have the resources to commit to the M-19, and the design was dropped.
