A little PR stund opsi from the Norwegian navy. They wanted to copy a Red October scene, but without the engine power... so they had to use hydronamic forces... and yeah! The ended up in drydock for 4 weeks, apparently the enginering wasn't happy for some reason...

The story is better explained by someone from the boat HNoMS Utvær (Ula class):
