Nice, but are You sure she had no bilge keels too?
I'm not 100% sure, on the American & Russian reverence drawing didn't show she had a bilge keels but on the ship model, it did show a bilge keel.
I will bet it have bilge keel, US navy would build without it. The ship would role badly without the bilge keel, at least it dampen it, and I think that is important on an aircraft carrier
Found this link (googled on Long Island class), the old drawing on these one shows a bilge keel, the drawing is not the exactly the same ship, but the same hull. I bet that those drawings you have, are probably a recognition or what they can see drawings.
