Good morning, guys.
Sweden choose a different approach to the portable AT weapon. Instead using a rocket launcher, the selected a rifled, breach loaded, recoiless gun: The Carl Gustav. The first version was from 1948, and in 1964 appeared the one depicted here, the M2. Sucesive versions (M3 and M4) were lighter (titanium and composites instead steel) and new ammo capable to defeat the modern armour mantain the weapon up to date. M2 is depicted with two AT rounds (this one is the former FV 551, the current round now is a Rocket Assited Proyectile), a dual purpose round (AT and anti-personel), and a HE round with impact or time fuse. Carl Gustav recoiless rifle is widely used in the Western World, and the ammo is made in several countries.
Cheers.
