Good evening, gentlemen.
Two Italian SMGs.. TZ-45 was a a late WWII design. A simple blowback weapon made mainly from stamped and welded steel, only the bolt was machined. It was an efficient but crude (despite having a doble safety device, which prevents accidental firing, at the cost of being imposible to be fired with only one hand) smg. It was made in the fascist Northen Reppublica Sociale Italiana by the Giandoso company. After the war, it was made in Birmania under license, being known as BA-52.
The Beretta PM-12 is a smg made by the well known company of Brescia.
The telescopic bolt used in this weapon allowed a short lenght and the chromed barrel prevents fouling and wear. Groves in the bolt housing were made for allowing the movement of the bolt even in adverse conditions. It is a sound and reliable smg, and was sold in big numbers to several African and South American countries, being made under license in Brazil, Indonesia and Belgium.
And 3 anti-tank rocket launchers of the Postwar era. In late WWII the allied forces begun to note tha the 60 mm Bazooka was insuficient, so an improved version was developed, M-20, a scaled up weapon of 3.5 inch (89 mm). This weapon was used eficiently in Korea and was able to deal with the frontal armour of the T-34/85 used by the Communists there. It was used by the American forces until the early stages of the Vietnam War, but was widely used by the american backed countries around the world
After years of isolation, Spain signed a military, economical and political deal with the United States in 1953. After copying the M20, the Spanish company Instalaza made an indigenous version, M-65. A weapon that was used by Argentina both in the Beagle Crisis of 1978 and the Falklands War 4 years later.
The Belgian company Mecar made an improved M20, the Blindicide, which was lighter (thin aluminium covered by GRP), more ergonomic and slightly more powerful. It is still used by Mexico and was the main infantry anti-tank weapon of Israel in the 6-Day War and also during the Yom Kippur War, specially in the Golan Heigths and the Valley of Tears.
Cheers.
